Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

Shipping costs vary depending on what you are ordering, how many items you order, and where you’re ordering them to (location/country). This shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart for you, with options on standard or express shipping.*

Due to Covid-19 Delays and our printing process of print on-demand, our orders may take a little longer to reach you at the moment, so please allow a little extra time.

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will get a tracking number sent to your email.

*Some locations may not qualify for express shipping.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Covid-19 Delays

Our fulfillment times (for all products) may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times, so please be patient during these uncertain times.

Returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by filling in the Contact Us form to get in touch.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know by filling in a Contact Us form within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Print Quality and Sustainability

Rare Soul Designs pride ourselves on quality products. Thats why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. If they arrive damaged or mislabeled, please fill in the Contact Us form and we will get in touch.

Rare Sould Designs use a process called print on-demand. Once you place an order, we will produce is specifically for you. This allows us to control overproduction and textile waste, helping to be part of the eco-friendly and sustainable fashion movement.

Our clothing is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing tech we use is made with sustainability in mind, and our DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.

The inks we use for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. We take care to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines, so we’re not harming the environment.
